Remote Video Consultation

Why Remote Video Consultation?

We are happy to offer you a Remote Video Consultation Service.

During the first Lockdown, it has been a big challenge to experiment that kind of Virtual consultation, and even more for Hands-on therapists like us. Unexpectedly, we have been happily surprised with  the outcomes of the Online consultations. Most of the patients improved their condition just receiving our specialised explanations, advices, stretches and exercises. This very positive experience encouraged us to develop much more this way of treating our patients.

There are many reasons why Remote Video Consultations would be a good option for you:

  • Because of the Covid-19, you don't want to take the risk to use transports or to have face to face appointments

  • After the Covid-19 screening questionnaire, you are not allowed or not advised to have face to face appointments

  • You live too far from the practice, in another country or in a place where you don't have access to the  specialised physiotherapy treatments and reviews  that we provide

  • You are disabled, your child is disabled or you are in a personal situation that would need too much organization to come to our practice

How does it work?

We use the Zoom application.

You just need a computer, a laptop, a smartphone or an IPad to use this application.

If you don't have or don't wish to download the application, you can just click on the link sent to you and enter the code of the meeting.

If you are not familiar with this application or  if there is a technical connection issue during the session, we can alternatively do  a What's App Video call.

Prior to the Remote Video Consultation, we will send you a Zoom link.

You just need to click on it at the time of the scheduled appointment. Then you wait a little in the virtual waiting room, until the therapist in charge let you enter into the Video session.

Payment

You can pay by Bank Transfer prior to the session, or by our Remote Payment System at the time of the appointment
