Conventional adult physiotherapy
What is Conventional Adult physiotherapy?
Conventional adult physio recovers all the treatments that are usually offered for adults with a classical physiotherapist point of view.
Usually speaking, physiotherapy focuses on symptoms and local treatment and pays less attention to the Body as a "Whole".

Physiotherapy dedicates to :
-
reduce the symptoms of a condition ( pain, discomfort, swelling...)
-
restore full fonction
-
offer a proper rehabilitation ( after a sprain, a fracture, an injury , a stroke, a lung condition..)

In that kind of treatments, we implement many different therapeutic strategies:
-
massage
-
increase ROM techniques
-
Stretches
-
Strengthening exercises
-
Specific rehabilitation approaches ( Bobath, NDT, Kabat, Chest physio...)
-
Balance, proprioception exercises
-
Taping, strapping
