We are registered with all major medical insurance companies: Axa PPP, Axa Global, Bupa Global, Bupa Int, WPA, Cigna, Aviva, Vitality, Allianz...except BUPA UK.
The registration of our practice with Bupa UK is in progress but not yet achieved because applications for new physiotherapy providers are temporarily suspended.
We advise you to call your insurance provider. Some may ask for a doctor’s referral. Some will limit the amount or the number of sessions allowed which can have an impact on your plan of treatment and outcomes achieved.
Please note, we operate a strict 24 hours cancellation policy. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to attend an appointment, you will be charged for the full cost of the appointment.
We are following the government guidelines and implementing the necessary safeguarding measures to keep you and the staff safe.
Patients are required to come to the session wearing masks and wash their hands when arriving to the clinic.
During the sessions, our therapists will wear appropriate single use PPE. The room will be disinfected between each patient and single use protective Equipements as table protection will be changed.
What to bring with you
If you have a letter from your doctor or relevant test reports (Xray, scans…) bring them with you.
We recommend comfortable clothing to allow proper evaluation and treatment. To understand the causes of the condition we may need to assess further than the affected area.
Also, keep in mind that you will probably need to be in your underwear for the exam, even though this is never mandatory. We endeavour to maintain your comfort and modesty at all time.
If it is more comfortable for you, you can bring a pair of shorts, sports bra or a strappy top for women.
Payment is due prior or at the time of any consultation or session.
You can pay by:
Debit or Credit Card
Contactless payment (Apple Pay, Android pay, Google pay...)
